Welcome to By Our Hands, Inc! We are C.A.R.E. (Caring Adults Representing Eternity), dedicated to making a positive impact in our homes, communities, and the vibrant city of Houston. Our focus is on providing affordable housing for very low-income families, supporting women and disadvantaged small businesses and offering out-of-school programs that equip individuals with essential college and job skills. Through our community outreach efforts, we aim to create sustainable and equitable neighborhoods in the low-income areas of Districts B and D.
